LEVEL ADJUSTMENT FEES

 

Should your child make a Rep team (U11AA, U13AA, U15AA, U18AA) please note the following:

 

Commitment to a Rep team requires extra time and financial commitments.  Please ensure that you understand what is required prior to final team selection, and that the family/player is prepared to meet all expectations.

 

Level adjustment fees are an estimate based on the previous year’s team financials.  The amounts below may be adjusted as the team’s costs are realized. During the season further funds may be requested once actual amounts are determined for the team’s expenses.  At the end of the season if there are any extra funds in the player’s account with the team, they will be refunded back to the family by the office.  Player’s will be suspended from play if their player account with the team is in arrears.

 

The Level adjustment fees can be paid in full in 3 equal payments or a schedule approved by Director/Team of the age group.

 

Forms & Level Adjustment Fees and Payment Schedule

 

Once a player is confirmed to a team, an email will be sent from the office with information regarding fee payment and forms required to finalize the registration process to the HCR.  All forms, base registration fee, and a min of 1/3 of the team fee will be required prior to a player being registered to the team HCR Roster.  Confirmation to a Rep team and the first league games can be as short as 4 days, so please ensure you are prepared for the initial financial commitment.

Fees

 

Division Base Fee (U11- $650, U13 - $725, U15 - $775, U18 - $775) - required by all non-resident players in full at time of registration to the team.  (WMHA players have already paid this during their initial registration for the season).

 

 

Level Adjustment Fee - this fee can be paid in full, in three installments or a schedule that is set by the team as early as possible as per the below:

 

TRAC U11 AA Team Fee: $1,400 ($466.67 at time of registration, Oct 25th, Nov 25th) - These dates are flexible, and a team decision can be made on a pay schedule that suits individuals. 

TRAC U13 AA Team Fee: $1,400 ($466.67 at time of registration, Oct 25th, Nov 25th) - These dates are flexible, and a team decision can be made on a pay schedule that suits individuals. 

TRAC U15 AA Team Fee: $2250 ($750 at time of registration, Oct 25th, Nov 25th) - These dates are flexible, and a team decision can be made on a pay schedule that suits individuals. 

TRAC U18 AA Team Fee: $2400 ($800 at time of registration, Oct 25th, Nov 25th) - These dates are flexible, and a team decision can be made on a pay schedule that suits individuals. 

 With the added costs on families this year and circumstances that our out of our hands, we want to make this as stress free as possible. Therefore, we are open to making these payments on terms that work out best for families and the organization.
