2025-2026 MEGA RAFFLE E-TRANSFER INFORMATION

IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING ANNUAL MEGA RAFFLE

The Mega Raffle is crucial in supporting Whitecourt Minor Hockey! 

Most of you chose the "Yes to Fundraising" option when completing your registration forms requiring a $400 e-transfer deposit for 20 raffle tickets ($20 each) to sell and recoup your deposit!

This season we will be collecting all deposits from September 1st-10th to the following email:

raffle@whitecourtminorhockey.com

A few things to note:

• No cash or cheques will be accepted

• Amount must be sent in full

• Required for U7-U18 Divisions (U5 is not required to sell)

• Only 1 e-transfer required for a family with multiple players registered

• Out of town TRAC players will be required to sell but please don't send e-transfers until you are confirmed to a team
